Real life change requires an investment in time, financial commitment, and consistency in action.
Time Investment
Coaching is a time investment. I find that one hour a week isn’t quite enough time to discuss dreams, plans, goals, and discerment in direction. But sometimes two hours can be too much. That being said, I book all sessions for 90 minutes to give ample time for discussion, understanding, and questioning. If we finish early for that session, that’s ok, but I carve out enough space so that you have time to be thoroughly heard and seen.
Sessions are conducted over the phone or video call.
Financial Commitment
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:21
Coaching is a financial investment. My clients come to me READY for serious life change. Much in the same way someone shows up READY to work with a personal trainer to transform their body. Doing that work is undoubtedly worthwhile, but it is not easy. In order to assure I’m working with committed, forward facing clients who possess the readiness and willingness to do the work and cultivate change, this work is an investment. I only work with willing hearts.
Coaching is also a collaborative endeavour. I only allow clients I am certain I can help transform access to my coaching program, so let’s have a conversation first. We’ll book a two hour exploratory session and see if we’re a fit to walk this path together.
Consistency in Action
One Month, Three Month, and Three Month Unlimited packages are available. Individual sessions outside of the two hour exploratory session are only available to existing clients.
